Role: Digital Marketing Consultant
Location: Anywhere in UK

Our portfolio of services is focused on delivering latest and best in class digital marketing solutions to drive marketing and sales outcomes for the brand and are based on the enhanced adoption of mar-tech tools and agile operations from our offshore centers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Develop integrated performance digital strategies by always maintaining a multi-channel customer centric approach; in parallel, links all initiatives to business results and understands how to measure success accordingly, with utilizing your experience across
oWeb content management and optimization (SEO, SEM and PPC strategies)
oCampaign management / email marketing, social media management, and display and search advertising using web analytic tools
oDigital Analytics (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites)
oOnline content marketing including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze the content success
oMarketing automation and platform management (AEM, Salesforce, Marketo etc.)
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business line challenges and translate those into insights and performance driving marketing programs
•Developing value propositions to sell a broad set of marketing solutions from our extensive portfolio, such as: Digital Content Services, Campaign Management, Marketing Platform Operations, Marketing Analytics, Web Optimization, including services for Organic Search, Media Monitoring and Reputation Management, and wide range of other business services
•Manages activities that take place during marketing solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
•Review business context for marketing solutions to client challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
•Work with the go to market leaders and presales team throughout the client acquisition cycle of new clients
•Work with the creative, design, tech and analytics teams to implement new digital marketing solutions
•Translate strategic discoveries, research, and workshop outcomes into external facing narratives, strategy briefs, and roadmaps for our clients and delivery teams.
•Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Interactive Marketing, Strategic Marketing
•4+ years working in a large or global matrix organization preferably with a B2C brand(s) in Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail.
•3+ years of relevant experience with digital channels and performance marketing
•2+ years of B2C success managing digital marketing programs in areas such as SEM, display, remarketing, and social media advertising.
•Experience building and managing campaigns in Adobe, Marketo and Salesforce
•Solid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, a/b testing, tag management, and content management
•A creative individual able to brainstorm and generate innovative marketing ideas for the client
•Strong client facing experience
•Continuous learner. Shows interest in new developments; is willing to learn; remains open to new ideas and thinking.
