You will be part of the global Marketing and Creative Services team (MACS) and will be responsible for working with marketing teams (onshore and offshore) to –
Implementing SEO strategy and contributing to the goals and success of the digital strategy
Industrializing and generating meaningful KPI dashboards for Capgemini Group.
Implementing measurement strategies aligned to marketing and business objectives
Collaborating with external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting
Sharing cross-channel performance reports
Improving efficiency in digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI
Challenging existing digital strategies and suggesting solutions with a competitive advantage
Understand the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors
Search Engine Optimization
Perform keyword research in conjunction with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations taking into consideration website architecture
Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and updates
Benchmarking performance across all online channels
Using methodical performance analysis to influence, support campaign strategies
Evaluating tools and opportunities to automate benchmarking
Reporting and Analysis
Developing custom dashboard for regular and precise reporting
Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends
Providing actionable insights based on the available analytical data
Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and user journeys
Reporting on SEO goals, and search performance across major search engines
Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion, presentations for improving those processes.
Working closely with the Group digital, branding and marketing teams
Collaborating with the web application team and social media team

Specification, Skills, Experience
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Atleast five to six years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Google Analytics, Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.
High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, display and social media
Expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies preferred
Experience in SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster Tools, Moz, etc.
Strong background in mathematics, statistics, analytics and data modelling
Six to seven years of experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce or online support environments. Experience with large size companies with multiple business units preferred.
Five to six years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Expertise with Business Intelligence tools, two plus years, such as Brio, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos etc with experience writing and tuning sql queries in a online or offline environment
