- Report on digital KPIs and deriving insights to drive improvements in future campaigns.
- Collaborate with other M&C teams and external agencies.
- Work closely with Capgemini’s senior executives and opinion leaders.
- Onboard OLs onto the Global Advocacy program.
- Build a strong relationship with each of the opinion leaders & coach them on social best practice.
- Help them build a strong social media profile & train them on advocacy platform.
- Create exciting content with the OLs as well as curate Capgemini and third-party content into platform.
- Identify interaction opportunities for OLs with audience and recommend high value connections.
- Animate & manage the OL community for specific topics.
- Advise on the effective channel strategy, digital tactics and a mix of content formats for global marketing activities and campaigns, based on objectives and target audience.
- Oversee the production and then the flow of content through digital channels, ensuring quality and consistency in messaging to maximize impact.
- Administer regular reports and monitor content and post-performance to feed back into planning process.
- Leverage the best OLs for marketing campaigns.
