Job Description
- The primary responsibility of support person is to ensure that production reliability through availability monitoring change management incident management and capacity planning with active contribution in development effort on Automation
- Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams
- Identify and contribute in area of improvements automation to improve KPIs Review the progress periodically with stakeholders
- Strong Production support hands on knowledge
- Working knowledge of CI CD pipeline toolsets is added advantage e g Jira Jenkins Gitlab Ansible
- Enthusiasm and ability to learn and apply new technologies
- Excellent written verbal communication Team player working in a global development team
