  • Good interface to Business Partners including ability to present technicality in a understandable way with strong focus on business value; ability to talk with the people from different stages and different organization’s levels;

  • Strong Knowledge of software development best practices;

Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the development team according to company methodologies ;
  • Act as Scrum Master when needed and appropriate (including leading the Scrum Framework ceremonies);
  • Escalate any technical issues, roadblocks or project risks to the Delivery Manager;
  • Meet with the Delivery Manager on a regular basis to discuss the development quality measures for the project and assess that the best practices are being adhered to;
  • Provide the relevant development tools to the developers of the team;
  • Design solution architecture or propose the solution architecture and review it with IT Expert;
  • Be responsible for the quality of code being developed by the developers
  • Conduct code reviews with the developers within the development tea
  • Mentor the developers on the development team;
  • Ensure code is documented where applicable or required;
  • Provide estimation for development team work based on the requirements and solution architecture.
