Position purpose

The main goal of Transformation Tools & Projects Manager is to lead various automation initiatives from technical, commercial and leadership perspective.

Job description

  • Technical Management oversight of projects being delivered by various Capgemini Teams as well as subcontractors
  • People Management of a Team of 5+ FTE
  • Act as SPOC for new automation initiatives
  • Making sure the technical projects are being delivered on time and on budget
  • Identifying new process improvement opportunities and building business cases

Candidate’s profile

  • +6 years of professional experience with 2 years of experience in Automation development and implementation
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Proven experience with any programming language (preferable in PowerShell, NET (C#, VB,) / VBA / SQL)
  • Experience as a software developer
  • Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (ex. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Experience in building RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions for services is an asset (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Verint, Automation Anywhere)
  • Experience with ticketing systems Remedy & SNOW
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree (Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Information Systems or similar)
  • Proven people management and leadership skills and at least 12 months of relevant experience
  • Client facing skills on Senior/Executive level
  • Experience in business process mapping and documentation preparation
