Job Location: Pensacola, FLAbout the position and responsibilities:Job Description:The person hired for the position will be responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving technical issues related to IPD device hardware, firmware and end user software including . This role provides escalated customer issue support and provides feedback for new product introductions.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Troubleshooting customer calls to determine best path for resolution.• Educate customers on the maintenance and service of their IPD device.• Provide technical guidance and training to internal personnel.• Demonstrate professionalism and a spirit of service to both internal and external customers.• Respond to and document customer complaints.• Represent the department through corporate teams, including product development.• Build positive customer relationships and deliver “best in class” service experiencesBasic Qualifications: • An associate degree commensurate with experience of four year degree is required.• Minimum 3 years of experience providing support service on hardware and software products.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or other technical field• Experience in troubleshooting and support of hospital equipment• Skills include strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to support multiple product lines.• Experience with IPD, Food Safety or ESPE hardware devices.• Understanding of PC’s, servers, networking and operating systems
