Job Description
  • Engage with prospects to understand the current technology deployed and business applications used in organization with a perspective of understanding needs and pain points
  • Extensively work and use the enhance feature of the CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Timely follow-up on business leads assigned to Account Managers and regular tracking on the CRM
  • Familiar with some of the basic IT industry concepts, products and services
  • Executing lead generation strategies with the team
  • Regular tracking and reporting of marketing & sales activities/pipeline to the respective stake holders
  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues and CRM/Demand Generation Operations
Primary Skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Inside Sales role
  • Well versed in CRM operations related to sales & marketing
Secondary Skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and Marketing Automation Tools will be preferred
  • Proactively advise clients on improving their marketing processes by using lead
