As we continue to grow, we are looking for additional driven and innovative Executive level Delivery Leaders to join our team. The current client engagements predominantly involve delivering solutions from the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Global Business Line ‘Tower”. Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) provides client advisory services in Hybrid Cloud, Workplace Services, Security, Service Desk and Service Management. The requirements are ideally for Melbourne based individuals.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- CXO interface and escalation point for the client for all Delivery related topics
- Effective delivery of end-to-end service for the account in line with SLAs and other contractual commitments and obligations
- End-to-end profitability of delivery engagements
- Customer satisfaction for all account delivery engagements
- Overall leadership of all resources dedicated to the account
- Ideally identify organic growth opportunities and work with Account Executives to progress and execute
- Implementation of agreed standards, tools and processes, as defined by the Global Practices
- Commercials: forecast for Delivery P&L, ownership of cost and revenue forecast
Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:
- ~18-20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application operation / Transformation i.e. “Managed Services” for Data Center (Server, Storage etc.), Cloud, Cyber Security, Network, End-User Computing and application support/ enhancements etc
- Demonstrable track record of delivery of end-to-end service for large accounts in line with SLA’s and other contractual commitments and obligations
- Quality of Service delivered across all Delivery engagements
