Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and innovative Executive Level Delivery Leader to join our Delivery team. You will work in partnership with a multinational client and be accountable for delivery of the whole portfolio of ‘multi-tower’ services covering over 40 business critical systems including Application Development and Support, Infrastructure Support as well as project and portfolio management across 3 divisions with a globally dispersed team of >300 in 5 geographies. The client location will suit Melbourne based individuals. Key accountabilities include:
- CXO interface and escalation point for the client for all Delivery related topics
- Effective delivery of the complete end-to-end service for the account in line with SLAs and other contractual commitments and obligations
- Comprehensive experience in a variety of delivery models across operations and projects including ITIL, Agile, DevOps etc
- End-to-end profitability for delivery
- Customer satisfaction for all account delivery engagements
- Overall leadership of all resources dedicated to the account
- Identify organic growth opportunities and work with Account Executive to develop, progress and execute
- Implementation of agreed standards, tools and processes, as defined by the Global Practices
- Commercials: forecast for Delivery P&L, ownership of cost and revenue forecast

- 18-20 years experience in IT Service Delivery and Governance across a variety of sectors covering Application Development & Operations, Infrastructure and Project/Portfolio Management including traditional datacentre based services, PaaS, SaaS etc delivering ERP, CRM, COTs and services
- Demonstrable track record of delivery of end-to-end service for large accounts in line with SLA’s and other contractual commitments and obligations in excess of $30 Million pa
- Quality of Service delivered across all Delivery engagements
