  • Strong hands on understanding of data quality issues data profiling data mapping tasks in an environment where minimum documentation is available and SME support is limited
  • Strong familiarity with data governance data lineage data processes DML and data architecture control execution
  • Strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and implementing migration methods for existing data
  • Strong experience in mapping information data entities define how data should flow and be consumed by various target datasets modules
  • Must be able to lead and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Core Banking domain preferred
Job Responsibilities

Title: Data Migration Tech Lead / Architect

Location: New York


  • At least 10-12 years of experience in managing large scale Data Migration projects involving source target platform analysis building conversion rules cleansing criteria etc. ETL design and development  
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in managing large scale BI Projects data management domain with focus areas including Data Migration Data Quality Governance Data Information Security DW and reporting  
  • Preferably experienced in handling Multi Product Data Migration Implementation with Temenos T24 Finacle R11 9 Target FIS 7 0 Core Banking platform Source
  • Deep understanding of Core Banking functionality and its integration points with GL and all other downstream applications in general and Savings CDs in particular
  • Must have able to effectively engage client stakeholders and articulate the Data migration strategy options its merits and impact one option would have over the other
  • Expertise in Data Migration Strategy Definition Consulting Implementation
  • Strong understanding of data quality issues data profiling data mapping tasks in an environment where minimum documentation is available and SME support is limited
  • Experience in designing and developing BI solutions In depth knowledge of all the phases involved in the development of an application such as Project Planning Estimation Analysis and Design Coding Testing and Implementation
