- 8+ years of overall experience with 2+ years working in product development
- Prior experience in developing AI/ML solutions, Big Data technologies and Digital experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman terms
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills
- Exposure to a wide variety of technology problems and their solutions
- Experience in at least 1 programming language is a must
- Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, etc
- Familiarity with multiple RPA tools, AI tools, Data Science products, Agile methodology
- Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution
- Supporting the development team in developing solutions
- Good communication skill
- Experience in at least 1 programming language is a must
