Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit multiple Senior Business Analysts with experience in Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Alex and Atlas and relevant consulting and communication skills.  Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and project stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change

 Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  •  8-10 years experience working in a banking business analyst role
  •  A minimum of 5 years Data Governance experience and Background such as Data Privacy, Retention, GDPR, CDR, APRA CPG 235, etc
  • Ability to design and write Data Governance processes
  • Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Critical and abstract thinking skills to ensure solutions will solve business needs
  • Experience with Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Alex and Atlas
  • Project experience in agile (Scrum, Jira)
  • DAMA CDMP certificate preferred
