Job Description

 Experience with ETL tools Data Quality tools Metadata tools Database file systems

Experience in implementing business glossaries Data Catalog workflows and metamodel

Experience with requirements gathering creating technical documentation demonstrating how solutions will work and performing User Acceptance Testing

Experience with collecting analyzing and leveraging data to solve business and technical problems

Experience with defining building and implementing policy standards operating models playbooks Ability to ask questions explore come to new conclusions based on the findings Demonstrates troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple Agile stories Demonstrates domain knowledge of data lifecycle management

Experience on Maintaining best governance standards which allows projects and stakeholders to manage overall project performance and manage program risks Exposure on the Enterprise Data Analytics Platform to ensure Development Delivery aspects are well represented in the project requirements and deliverables

Strong working experience in data governance and strong understanding of data management concepts like governance lineage and quality Knowledge on Implementing the Data Governance Strategy Data Standards operating model roadmap and maturity model Experience in the development of Data Policies processes and guidelines with SQL and data modelling skills Good Understanding on Data Lineage architecture semantic types and metadata management challenges Work closely with Business Stewards and IT Custodians to onboard critical data assets and establish relevant processes with the goal of making it easier for teams across WM to find understand trust and access the data they need Assist the Business Data Stewards in maintaining communicating and supporting Data Governance policies processes and procedures Should have experience in tools like Collibra or similar Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts Data Governance Analyst will work with a broad range of stewards and stakeholders to document the business process flows business rules and transactional data flows which all culminate in specific metrics reported to the street You will execute on our roadmap to implement our enterprise data governance framework stewardship and quality for various data domains Sales Customer Experience Product usage data etc Has hands on experience in data quality data profiling and other data analysis Good understanding of data issues that impact user experience and remediations that needs to be applied to fix data issues via Business processes and technical capabilities Relationship driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals Demonstrated track record in leading cross functional teams in a matrix organization Creative and proactive problem solver Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills Communicate on day to day activities to required stakeholders Experience with Collibra Alation or other data governance tools a plus Experience with DQ tools is a plus Must have excellent communication skills to all levels strong writing skills Deliver on your promises You demonstrate a can do attitude and you drive to overcome obstacles acting with a sense of urgency because you re passionate about what you do Customer focus Your tendency to put customers first in all that you do by understanding their needs and striving to achieve win win solutions Collaboration and communication
