Let’s talk about the role, responsibilities and your qualifications: 

  • Responsible for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of highlighting useful information, suggesting conclusions and supporting decision making.
  • Designing and maintaining data system. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing the data in a format that is usable for management.
  • Using statistical tools to interpret data sets.
  • Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and has a significant understanding of Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics fields of knowledge.
  • Experience in data analytics, including data analysis, sourcing/modelling, ETL, and visualisation/reporting
  • Understand risks and issues involved in technical change management and production deployment
  • A deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A desire to continuously learn new techniques / technologies and bring innovative ideas into the Squad

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in data analytics.
  • High level SQL Ability: Proven experience in complex queries,  complex data transformation.
  • Knowledge or working experience in Python programming (PANDAS libraries)
  • Understanding the life cycle of various processes within business and support teams and performing an impact analysis on various systems, data and processes involved.
  • Understanding end-to-end processes, while performing specific support tasks
  • Excellent Data skills in Excel, comparing large sets of data and processing the data
  • Experience in any data visualization tool, BI tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.,
