Our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.  

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver complex cybersecurity focused programs of work

  • Effective delivery and control of assigned cybersecurity projects  

  • Engage with and manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Effective & Timely Communication with internal & external partners

  • Ability to adhere to strict quality and change management process

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • Experience leading and managing cybersecurity teams in complex multitower delivery projects
  • Builds relationships with key customer stakeholders (e.g., from CISO and their peers down)
  • Has oversite of any cyber security delivery work bring delivered to the customers
  • Take ownership of any cyber security delivery issues before they get escalated
  • To be a trusted advisor that the client can have open discussions with
  • Liaise with offshore cybersecurity SMEs for any delivery issues
  • Identifies opportunities for sales growth within the account
  • Solid background with Information and data security principles
  • Must have experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance and control implementation
  • Good governance exposure on ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR standard and regulatory requirement
  • Periodic status updates and reporting
  • Knowledge in Unix, Windows, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Security tools for Vulnerability Management, Privilege Identity management, SIEM, Firewall
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Services, or similar
  • Good to have trainings / certifications (ISO 27001:2013 LA/LI, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP)
  • Customer Service training
