Job Description:
- Improving the awareness of business department and system operation / development department when receiving cyber-attack (DDoS etc).
- Creating some kind of deliverables such as manuals when cyber-attacks occurred in each target department is one of the goals.
- Coordinating with each department to organize and conduct incident response exercises sponsored by the Financial Services Agency, internal fishing tests and security enlightenment etc.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to organize educational contents about cyber-attack to provide.
- Create effective materials to explain and convince stakeholders
- Need to correspond to other incidental work if necessary
Requirement:
- Project Management experience
- Good understanding on Security in general (In order to protect security compliance as a company, it is required to understand corporate rules and disciplines, infrastructure in general.)
- Technical knowledge on cyber security
- 5-6 year experience of Incident response or cyber security related experience
- Experience of establishing, managing or working at CIRT (cyber incident response team) or CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response team)
- Experience of preparing for Incident response (establish the team structure and making manual etc.)
- Strong Material creation and schedule management skills are required.
- Good communication skill / coordination skill are welcomed.
- Keen about tracking up-to-date Security technology
- Native level of Japanese is a must. English skill is desirable, not mandatory
- Any bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Applications or any other related study or experiences

仕事内容：
- クライアントのビジネス部門とシステム運用/開発部門のサイバー攻撃（DDoSなど） に関する意識を向上させること
- サイバー攻撃が各目標部門で発生したときにマニュアルなどの成果物を作成する
- 金融庁主催のインシデントレスポンス訓練、社内のフィッシングテスト、セキュリティ啓蒙活動に関して、各部署との調整をし企画、運営
- 関係部署と調整し、サイバー攻撃に関する教育コンテンツをまとめ、提供
- ステークホルダーへの説明と説得のための効果的な資料を作成する
- 必要に応じて他の付帯作業に対応する必要がある
応募条件
- プロジェクトマネージメント経験
- 深いセキュリティ知見 (企業としてのセキュリティコンプライアンス守るため、企業の規則と規律、インフラ全般を理解することが求めらる。)
- サイバーセキュリティに関する技術的知識
- インシデント対応またはサイバーセキュリティ関連の経験 5~6年
- CIRT（Cyber Incident Response Team）またはCSIRT（Computer Security Incident Response team）の設立、管理または勤務経験
- インシデント対応の準備経験（チーム構成の確立、マニュアルの作成など）
- ドキュメンテーション作成能力とスケジュール管理スキルに自信がある方
- コミュニケーション力・折衝能力をお持ちの方
- 最新のセキュリティ動向をトラッキングされている方
- 日本語でドキュメント作成をするため、ネイティブレベルの日本語は必須
- エンジニアリング/ テクノロジー、コンピュータサイエンス/ コンピュータ応用学の学士号をお持ちの方、または近しい分野の研究をされた方歓迎
