What duties will help you grow as an expert?
We’re currently looking for a French speaking Customer support Analyst to join the team.
He/she will be part of a team of 14 analysts, handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
He/she will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation.
Working hours: 07.00 – 19.00 (in 2 shifts) Monday – Friday.
