Responsibilities / Highlights:

  • Handling incoming phone calls/emails from customers regarding technical issues
  • Providing support and assisting the customer within requested area
  • Keeping records of all customers enquiries in the reporting system
  • Flagging incidents or requests in case resolution is not possible
  • Cooperate with upper levels of technical support
  • Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Basic experience in MS Office, MS based applications,
  • Open to working with demanding customers and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Well-motivated team player
  • Available to work in shifts.
  • Basic technical support experience is not necessary
