Required skill and Job responsibilities

  • L1 and L2 Application support in 2 or more of mentioned tools in Engineering Support function
  • Helpdesk Support, Ticket logging, incidence response and resolution for Engineering Applications
  • Application Installation, Implementation, Administration &Troubleshooting and how to tickets handling
  • License server tools(FLEXLM, LUM etc.,) knowledge and support experiences
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate short and long term solutions to technical problems.
  • Good Experiences in Software packaging & roll outs
  • Minor enhancements and deployment support in the mentioned tools
  • Preparing and updating user training documentations.
  • Conducted Key user training in one or more of mentioned tools
  • 1 to 2 years of experiences
  • Specialist Tools experience Mandatory in Creo


Primary skill: Pro-E

Secondary skill: Auto CAD, Creo, Autodesk, PDM link/Windchill, NX
