Credit and Collections Specialist with German

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
  • Experience in O2C area  
  • Fluent German skills
  • Good analytical skills  
  • Ability to enhance process and controls 
  • Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach  
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • SAP / People Soft knowledge will be an advantage 

 

What duties will help you grow?
  • Preparing and sending daily cash application requests in order to clear incoming payments
  • Performing collection activities according to the collection strategy
  • Preparing and sending weekly and bi-weekly reports to the business
  • Claim and dispute management in dedicated tool
  • Actively work on solving issues in day-to-day contact with the customers
