Position purpose

We are looking for candidates with very good English and French skills, who are ready to join a delivery team providing Collections processes for a new client within insurance sector. The scope involves Collection, Disputes Management and Reporting processes.

Main accountabilities

•Collecting outstanding balances
•Preparation of Financial Reports
•Response to customer queries, resolve disputes
•Cooperation with the Business Units, brokers, insureds, Cash Application team and other departments
•Reconciliation of the clients accounts
•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship


• Fluent knowledge of French language (B2 level)
• Good English skills (B1/B2 level)
• Business education is preferred
• Experience in Customer Service roles (Finance & Accounting, Collection roles background is preferred)
• Ability to work late shifts (12.30-21, 14-22.30, 15.30- 0.00) and Polish holidays (late shift benefit for afternoon shifts)
• Working knowledge of Excel would be an asset
• Excellent Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Very good analytical skills
