Who you’ll be working with
Due to the continuous growth, we require a talented Junior Contracts Manager to join our global team based in our office in London. As a part of Cloud Infrastructure Services, you will be working within our 3rd Party Contract Management team and across other Service Lines within the UK as needed. You will be interacting with accounts internally, but also with vendors and on occasion directly with clients. You will also be closely aligned with our Global Procurement function ensuring that we as a team align with the strategic direction of Capgemini.
The focus of your role
You will be responsible for supporting bids for new business, reviewing and implementing 3rd Party contracts, managing the contracts and where pertinent vendors ongoing i.e. end to end lifecycle of a 3rd Party Contract. Your goal will be to minimise risk, costs and add value to the business and our clients. The contracts in this instance are almost exclusively in the IT/Telco category.
As the Junior Contracts Manager you will
- Work as part of our UK team to assist account teams with implementing, negotiating, managing and terminating IT/Telco related 3rd party contracts
- Add value by looking at alternatives and potential innovations both in terms of vendors and contract structures as appropriate e.g. ‘As a Service’ type opportunities
- Minimise both costs and risk, whilst adding value to the function
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders across different levels
