Job Description


Managing contract records in the tool

Contract creation using the application

Contractual document upload

Excel based reporting

Document creation and management using the help of existing software platform

Workflow management for document approval

Participating in various project assignments and initiatives

Resolving and troubleshooting issues for clients on a day to day basis both on technical and functional aspect

Provide presentation and demos to internal and external clients

Train application users about the programs and application usage

Reminders & notifications configuration in the existing application platform

Solving daily requests



Skills Required


Excellent with MS Office-Excel, data and detail oriented.

Excellent communication Skill

Should have knowledge in document management.

Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.

Ability to remain focused and perform under stringent timelines, drive important issues and possess the ability to quickly learn the business impact.

Flexible in Shifts, ready to work in 24 7 environment


A legal or contract management domain experience is a plus.
