Job Title:  Financial Services Insights & Data (FS I&D) Internal Communications Lead

•    Team: Financial Services Insights & Data
•    Work Schedule: Full Time
•    Job Location: US remote, Eastern or Midwest time zone.

 

JOB DETAILS: 

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and writing skills and the ability to translate business strategy, data and technology solution concepts into compelling executive communications –PowerPoint presentations, email, intranet, and social media.  Storytelling skills and the ability to communicate in high impact PowerPoint slides desirable.   Intermediate PowerPoint skills and the ability to work closely with skilled graphic designers necessary. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • The FS I&D communications lead will be responsible for executive communications, including internal presentations and various internal newsletters.
  • The candidate will create executive presentations, executive email updates, internal newsletters, new appointment announcements, and manage quarterly town halls events and communications. 
  • Maintain intranet of solutions by managing annual refreshes of content.
  • You will also support our exciting people program campaigns and events by creating launch and announcement communications.  You will also provide content and ideas towards attractive recruiting and diversity marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong attention to detail, along with strong writing and editing skills for both original content as well as rewriting and optimizing content are essential. 
  • Candidate may also support marketing communications with client-facing solution presentations, social media posts, promotional emails, and website content. 
  • Candidate would be joining a high-performing, rapidly growing global business unit.
  • In this role, the internal communications lead will work directly with senior management and other company leaders and report to the Global Marketing and Communications leader. 

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, or communications.
•    Professional services experience preferred, management consulting or IT services experience desirable.
•    2 or more years experience in similar roles.
•    Strong communication
skills – verbal, written, editing, storytelling.
•    Familiarity with the financial services and technology industries preferred.
•    Ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
•    This individual must be a highly
motivated self-starter, who is comfortable collaborating as part of a team or working independently.
•    She/he should have excellent
interpersonal skills, organizational skills
and be able to multitask.
•    She/he should be able to work in a PC environment and have at least intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
