Capgemini Business Services department is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing centers in Poland providing services in 30 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. Business Services employs over 4000 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Duties
  • Manage and coordinate pay cycle processes  (e.g. annual salary review, salary bands review, annual bonus, quarterly bonus)
  • Conducting salary survey, job mapping and C&B–related analysis
  • Liaising with business on developing pay strategy for relevant business unit
  • Advising HR Director and HR Business Partners as well as management on best compensation practices and recommending solutions
  • Creating and implementing compensation & benefits policies and solutions
  • Deliver annual market overview and giving recommendations to the business
  • Support Team members and other stakeholders with your Compensation & Benefits knowledge
  • Participating in C&B projects
Candidate’s profile
  • Min 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits area
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Ability to cooperate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent presentation and client facing skills
  • Team work exceptional skills
  • Self-discipline and attention to details
  • Advanced oral & written English communication skills – min. B2 level
  • Polish language skills – fluent
