Compensation & Benefits Assistant

Role Purpose

To provide admin support within the Reward and Benefits Team, the team cover all aspects of the delivery of our reward, recognition and benefits offering to our 7000+ Capgemini employees, being responsible for several core activities that support the provision of the smooth delivery of all our Reward and Benefit processes. First escalation point to provide support, guidance, and solutions on queries from both employee and manager stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of activities aligned with the Annual Reward cycle including Pay and Variable Pay, in addition the monthly processing cycles
  • Dealing with sensitive and critical transactions
  • Monthly median analysis reporting and bonus accruals
  • Provide general admin support to both the Benefits and Reward Managers
  • Reconciling costs from our Benefits providers
  • Living wage compliance checks  
  • Company Car Fleet activities

Skills and Experience

  • Strong in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail including requirement to handle confidential data
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Agility in work approach – a dynamic team player and also able to work autonomously
