About the position
The Nordic compensation and benefits organization are in a build-up phase and you will take part in the journey to create a forward-leaning organization together with the team. You will develop the processes, ensure the quality in the area, measure the data and wok proactively with the compensation and benefits to ensure that they are competitive and attractive.
The position is a perfect match between analytics, communication, and HR. You will continue to develop an attractive package for our employees, by analyzing data, trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine the compensation and benefits strategies. You are skilled in communication will clarify and educate both employees and leaders in the organization.
As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you are driven by collaboration and will lead different projects in the area to make things happen. You are driven by improvements and digitalization and have an ability spotting new trends.
Assessing the organization’s pay structure, administrate the bonus and equity program and ensuring that the compensation package is compliant with global policies, collective agreement, and country laws will be your responsibility. You will also collaborate with outside vendors, such as pension provider, benefit vendors and portal to build a world class compensation package for our employees.
You will work close to different parts of our organization such as our Analytics team, Country Payroll, Nordic Controllers and HR managers. You are a part of the Nordic HR Center of Excellence team and report to the HR Director of Capgemini Scandinavia.
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR- or finance-related field.
- 2-5 years as HR controller or Compensation and Benefit specialist.
- Worked in a medium to large matrixed organization with an understanding the organizational complexity with different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, driven and result oriented.
- High analytical skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Comp & Ben tools, Salary Benchmarking & creating compensation modules is highly valued
