  • Work closely with Operations managers, metric and business owners to create monthly and adhoc reports
  • Preparation, validation and periodic update of process documents (DTPs) as and when required
  • Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
  •  Prepare scorecards and dashboards
  •  Automate repetitive reports
  • Individual will be required to coordinate and communicate progress throughout production and publication of the reports
  • Analyze report request, extract data from various systems, validate data and interpret results 
  • In addition to reporting capability, this individual will perform in-depth analyses, while ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination of information
  • Work independently; draw on experience to resolve issues quickly
  • Ability to multitask and work with varying priorities a must.
  • Efficient management of Generic Mail Box for Command Center and timely resolution of requests & queries
  • The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization
