To whom is the program targeted?
The program is for you who have a passion to develop yourself around Cloud and DevOps. You might be a recent graduate, about to finish your studies or someone making a career shift. We do not require you to have previous work experience, but we appreciate any hands-on experience from personal or school projects in developing and/or setting up delivery pipelines with one or more of the public cloud providers.
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Dockers, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Microservices – all of these should ring a bell to you, and you’ll surely know much more of them by the time you graduate from our program.
We also appreciate Finnish language skills as some of the assignments require Finnish.

In Capgemini, you will be part of a network of 290 000 people in around 50 countries. In Finland we are around 500 consultants, and your home base would be our brand new Ruoholahti office in Helsinki, where you can also enjoy a break during the workday and take a swim in our 19 m long swimming pool or relax in the jacuzzi.
What is it all about?
You will start your journey in Capgemini together with other participants of the program starting at the same time. Together you form your first professional network across the company and your Future Talent team is a great source of friends too.
In our talent program, you will go through four months’ period including trainings, regular check-ups, mentoring and jumping into real client projects. After the four months your work with us continues normally. From day one you will be working in a specific team with experienced colleagues while you also have your talent program team as a safety net aside.

Our recruitment process and application period?
The application period is on until 26th of September. We are looking for new Future Talents to start 1st of November.
