Client Visit Experience (CVE) – Ops Manager


·     Connect with Sales and Engagements and create agenda for the visits

  • Requirement gathering that will help in understanding the objective of the visit
  • Involve Sales leaders to provide direction on sales presentations
  • Assess existing sales presentations
  • Create presentation layouts for each visit type
  • Define connection points and roadmap to update presentations
  • Merge information and finalize presentation updates
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations throughout the bid cycle
  • Ability to play an active role in contributing to the growth and future of SBU
  • Opportunity to interface and network with the leadership and key decision makers in within and across SBUs
  • Logistics – Co-ordinate with the local Admin department to come up with exclusive logistics package for different clients
  • Vendor Co-ordination
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Transportation Effectiveness
  • Food Arrangements.
  • Open to travel within India in other Delivery location, if required.



·    Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication Skills

  • Experience in B2B Professional Services or outsourcing
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Reporting.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects, often with short turn-around times in a fast-paced business environment; ability to anticipate challenges and think quickly to support sales pursuits
  • To be a people person, as the role predominantly revolves around people interaction
  • High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills
  • Business Services delivery experience (good to have)
