Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Bring industry knowledge and the best of Capgemini Insights and Data capabilities to a large banking sector client to create innovative solutions in AI, Analytics and Cloud data platforms
  • Identify, define and deliver new data and analytics opportunities
  • Be an active member of the Insights and Data Global Business Line contributing to best practice definition and frameworks and embedding in delivery
  • Shape relevant and innovative points-of-view in AI and Data Management and propositions to accelerate client action
  • Lead a portfolio of projects and engagements for a large banking client across data and analytics
  • Role model Capgemini values as a leader within the team
  • Network with Capgemini’s global community to leverage solutions, assets and thought leadership

 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience
  • An SME and leader in AI, Data and Analytics with extensive experience in consulting sales and delivery
  • Experience in selling and delivering large and complex data platform and analytics solutions for Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with C-suite and GM level client stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify, shape and sell innovative and transformational solutions to enable growth and achieve operational efficiency for clients
  • Articulate how to best integrate strategy, design, data and technology to deliver superior business outcomes
  • A track record of sales and delivery KPI achievement
  • Design led thinking and a customer first mindset for Banking clients
  • A collaborative approach to solution design incorporating design, data and technology
  • Ability to drive delivery excellence
  • Good communication skills
