Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to client requirement.
  • Adapt in implementing SAP objects, preparing unit test and UAT documents, identifying necessary test data for various test cases, preparing test plan, testing in quality environment, resolving errors while transporting objects along landscape
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
  • Attend meetings with the client & Thoroughly understand the customer business process and drive strategic initiatives for Service Improvements and Automations
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with other cross functional & Technical teams such as PI, SAP HR, PM modules.
  • Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.
  • Responsible for monitoring & tracking the status checks of the critical jobs and application

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

  • 8 to 10 + years in implementation and BAU support of CLICK applications
  • Well versed with the Implementation & Support of Click Software (Click Scheduling) & Click FSE
  • Experience in working distributed delivery model (Onsite and Offshore), ability to lead a team
  • Analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirement.
  • Should be able to integrate with ERP / CRM systems via various middleware options.
  • Should understand the ClickSoftware product API’s.
  • C#.Net, ASP.Net, HTML5, Knowledge of RESTAPI & XML.
  • Knowledge of SQL server.
  • Understand “As-Is” process to identify Gaps / Improvements and then design “To-Be” process
  • Have knowledge on functional Specifications & document preparation.
