What do you need to start?

Technical skills

  • Must have hands on experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise or Express (UCCE or UCCX), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).
  • Good knowledge of Cisco UCCE or UCCX architecture, deployment models and components.
  • Good knowledge of Cisco CUCM architecture, deployment models and components.
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco UCCE or UCCX and CVP Call flow scripts.
  • Troubleshooting CUCM, UCCE or UCCX and CVP related issues.
  • Cisco voice gateways, SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience in call recording platform.

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Independently work on user or high priority tickets, change requests, troubleshooting faults and interfacing with external vendors as well as internal Capgemini engagement representatives.
  • Gather, Understand and Successfully Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Flexible work schedule to handle emergency outage or other situations with ability to work on or resolve issues while out of the office.
  • Follow existing policy procedures used to configure and maintain various portions of Cisco Telephony and their associated systems.
  • Coordinate effort and communication between geographically and time separated groups.
