Job Description

  • Should handle queries raised related to changes scheduled 
  • Should have user level knowledge on ServiceNow tool 
  • Managing the hygiene compliance for the changes assigned 
  • Meeting on the defined KPIs like SLAs backlog tickets etc 
  • Reviewing change plans and schedules by accessing risk and impact 
  • Conducting post implementation reviews to validate the results of the change implemented
  • Define the Catalog items in ServiceNow Breach analysis of change tickets 
  • Multi tasking ready to handle other processes ServiceNow reports, dashboard creation

Primary Skills

  • Managing the hygiene compliance for the changes assigned 
  • Should have experience in chnage management
  • Reviewing change plans and schedules by accessing risk and impact 

Secondary Skills

  • Should have user level knowledge on ServiceNow tool 
  • Good to have ITIL Certification
