Job Responsibilities


  • Act as the change manager for a Retail client, responsible for working with client stakeholders and other AM/build/project team members to ensure changes are tracked and implemented on time during the release windows defined.
  • Drive the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss all the changes presented and get sign-off from Client and Capgemini leadership.
  • Work on any reporting needs for Change Management.


  • Should have worked as change manager earlier with global stakeholders. Should be experienced in working with US stakeholders/clients.
  • Should have experience handling Change Management process and Release Management process.
  • Should be at least ITIL foundation certified and should have good knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Should have worked on project management and process improvement.
