Job Description

  • Work with Process Owner to plan and coordinate process activities
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out as required throughout the service lifecycle
  • Manage resources assigned to the process & Monitor and report on process performance
  • Identify improvement opportunities & Manage maintain the change schedule and projected service outage PSO
  • Chair the CAB meetings & Approve or reject changes based on policy
  • Ensure Post Implementation Reviews PIR are conducted according to policy
  • Ensure organization wide compliance with the Change Management Process
  • Educate IT staff on the Change Management process and policy
  • Analyze long term trends and recommend actions to continuously improve the process
  • Manage the standard change library & Work on Internal and External Audits
  • Access categorize Change tickets on the basis of Risk and Impact analysis
