Job Description
- Service Catalogue Manager is responsible for maintaining the Service Catalogue ensuring that all information within the Service Catalogue is accurate and up to date
- This includes Creation of new Catalog Items A request should be made from business supplier for new Catalog Item
- This request should be made using the portal as this will be common and available to all
- Maintenance of existing Catalog Items
- Modification in existing Catalog Items a request from a Service Management process to change the Service Catalogue This request is sent to Service Catalogue Management if new services or service attributes must be recorded
- Retire Catalog Item This request should be made using the portal as this will be common and available to all
- Catalogue Manager will control templates used for Catalog management
- Each supplier will follow the Catalog Management Process
- Ensure user experiences Provides the description mission statement roadmap strategy process objectives and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the Catalog Management process and its associated procedures
- Ensure the publication of new Service Offering As ServiceNow is used as a tool for Service Catalog Management SI
- Catalogue Manager should have knowledge and experience of ServiceNow
