Job Description:


  • Effectively handled Projects at Service delivery. Day to day management of operational activities. Manage the SLA targets and work with the team to trouble-shoot and resolve areas where targets are in danger of being breached.;
  • Responsible for P1/BP1 and escalations ;
  • Proactively manage day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Responsible to maintain a healthy work relation with all stakeholders (internal and external) .;
  • Maintenance & downtime – communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.;
  • Coordinate approvals with various stakeholders for CRs.;
  • Coordinate and take ownership of work with Vendors for 3rd Party application issues ( international banks, Datalog, SwiftRef etc) and cross teams.;
  • Assisting Manager in Project Management activities like Project Scoping & Planning;
  • Project Tracking & Monitoring.
  • Team Management & Resource Allocation;
  • Status reporting, periodic presentations to management;
  • Performs business requirements analysis;



Defines Specifications:


  • Ensures understanding of functional specifications by development team;
  • Assists in test strategy, plan & case definition;
  • Supports users during UAT
  • Assists and ensures go live and transition to production;
  • Flexible to work in shifts Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action;
  • Create technical documentation and maintain the document repository;
  • MSSQL expertise, Server Jobs and Schedulers ;
  • Experience of working in international projects, multi projects involvement;
  • Aware about Business Analysis documentations and functions ;
  • Possess strong accounting knowledge & Business understanding of the end to end ITSM process;
  • Good communication skills ;
  • Adaptability and flexibility working across teams and Shifts;

  • Designs and maintains technical and support documentation and Reporting;
    Change management skills ;
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. Able to consider the global context, not limited to the scope of the objective at hand.;

  • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.;
  • Knowledge in treasury/banking exchanges a plus;
  • ASP.Net and batch file a plus
