Job Description: Cash Controlling & Transformation

BO & HFM End User Level: Consultant: Summary: Desired candidate will be responsible for producing dynamic dashboards, KPI’s and benchmarking analysis. He / She should have worked on preparing Business review commentaries, with hands-on experience in preparing effective decks/PPTs/management packs. Should also have a good understanding of Financial Statements (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet) with conceptual clarity to understand business with its connection to the financial information.

Should be able to work under pressure and should have experience of working with senior management of the company. Candidate will also be responsible for Stakeholder management and team handling. Effective communication both written and verbal is mandatory

1. Responsibilities / KPIs

A. Design, Develop & produce – Dashboard

B. Reporting & Controlling

C. Preparation of analytics to drive action oriented meaningful conclusion – the analysis should allow us to build action plans and follow up these actions a. Has hands on experience in Trend analysis, WIP Ageing / AR ageing, DOR/DSO tracking, benchmark analysis etc. c. Production of Memo/business pack to management d. Variance analysis – Risks analysis: assess the risks associated with aged WIP and AR.

D. Must have relevant experience in Cash Flow Analysis, Cash management and Transformation projects

E. Interaction with senior management

F. Transition management from Onshore, including the documentation

G. Prepare and Maintain process documentation

H. Quality review, maker checker, 2X2

I. Confident, Self-Starter, high enthusiasm and assertive towards new challenges

2. Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

3. Experience Sr. Analyst: Above 5 years relevant experience in Cash Reporting/Controlling/Management

4. Skills A. Primary skills: a. Excel Basic, pivots (basic & advance), basic functions, Logical functions, conditional formatting (dynamic using formulas), dynamic graphs, charts using macro iii. Advanced, macros, VB scripts, advanced functions b. HFM user I End user capabilities c. Analytical skills & business acumen d. Business Objects (End user capabilities).

B. Secondary skills: a. Good business communication skill, Ability to write crisp executive summaries to senior management, experience of working with top management of the company
