Cash Applications Specialist

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.


What do you need to start?
  • Very good English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Cash Application process, billing and claim management
  • Understanding of overall O2C process, impacts and dependencies
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Well organized, good task management
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Decision making power  
  • Ability to build good relations with counterparties


It’s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
  • Oracle Knowledge
What duties will help you grow?
  •  Access bank statement & send Intraday Receipt Report
  •  Access bank statement  & prepare spreadsheet
  •  Cash Posting & Application to Oracle
  •  Daily cash receipt report preparation
  •  Matchup of CM / DM / Invoices
  •  Unapplied receipts resolution / clean up + run aging report
  •  Unidentified receipts – inquiry follow up to internal customers (email)
  •  Analysis / Recon of disputed cash
  •  Receipt confirmation / internal customers
  •  Emails handling and escalation
  •  Timely and accurately accomplishment of tasks assigned to the role
  •  Tasks performed in line with written procedures and instructions
  • Work performed under close supervision of coordinator or lead
  • Close cooperation and daily interactions with AR team manager or leader (team meetings, working instructions – updates reception, etc)
