Customer Focus (Complaints & escalation Management, Queue management, Priority segment management) Results Orientation Prior OTC & DRT Experience min 3 + years Good Understanding of the F&A Process and OTC segments and Roles Process – Responsible for transaction processing and meeting the daily required productivity. – Responsible for ensuring an error free process with 100% accuracy & TAT – Responsible for meeting and exceeding the customer's service level agreements as a part of the bigger team reporting to a Team Lead. Good communication in English (Verbal & Written). Flexible with any shift timings. Understanding of Accounting and Credit concepts. Good with MS-Office. Logical & Analytical thinking
