Captive Sales – 12 to 18 years
We are looking to hire Captive Sales – Hyderabad/Bangalore with 12 to 18 years of exp in Hyderabad/Bangalore location
- Account Management – Farming and New Business Development for MNC clients in Captives / GIC space.
- Manage relations with the clients directly
- Engage, develop and maintain leadership level relationships
- Work closely with Group Account Executives to plan the overall client relationship strategy, drive local India relationship & businesses
- Revenue growth and profitability
- Positioning domain / consulting / technology solutions and build strong pipeline
- Achieving KPIs including Sales Targets, Contribution margin and Collections
- Drive the business and financials for the engagement
- Sales experience in Consulting, IT Services, Digital, Cloud , etc.
- Strong Client facing experience
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills
- Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive ideas across various stakeholders.
- Domain knowledge in Hi-Tech / Manufacturing / Retail industry segment
- Experience of working in large IT Companies across geographies and cultures
