Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

We are looking to hire Captive Sales – Hyderabad/Bangalore with 12 to 18 years of exp in Hyderabad/Bangalore location

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management – Farming and New Business Development for MNC clients in Captives / GIC space.
  • Manage relations with the clients directly
  • Engage, develop and maintain leadership level relationships
  • Work closely with Group Account Executives to plan the overall client relationship strategy, drive local India relationship & businesses
  • Revenue growth and profitability
  • Positioning domain / consulting / technology solutions and build strong pipeline
  • Achieving KPIs including Sales Targets, Contribution margin and Collections
  • Drive the business and financials for the engagement
     
    Required Skills:
  • Sales experience in Consulting, IT Services, Digital, Cloud , etc.
  • Strong Client facing experience
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills
  • Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive ideas across various stakeholders.
  • Domain knowledge in Hi-Tech / Manufacturing / Retail industry segment
  • Experience of working in large IT Companies across geographies and cultures
