We’re looking for a Director level Capability Lead to join the growing Australian business of our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Global Business Line. Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) provides client advisory services in Hybrid Cloud, Workplace Services, Security, Service Desk and Service Management.  This will ideally be  Sydney or Melbourne based although our flexible work policy could accommodate other base locations in Australia, including Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth & Canberra.

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the client’s needs are understood; design and validation of complex architecture & ensuring successful implementation
  • Identifying and challenging several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment
  • Working as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations
  • Leading Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
  • Managing on-shore and off-shore development resources in a particular technical area (such as configuration, customization, data migration, integration)


Let’s talk about your capability and experience:  

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience
  • Experience working with clients on solution strategies, designs, technologies and delivery programs as a subject matter expert
  • Strong background in hands-on systems integration
  • Experience managing technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of solutions
  • Experience in AWS/Azure/Data centre technologies and being able to solution around those technologies
  • A structured approach to architectural design 
  • Experience in agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage complex delivery
  • Strong People Management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in delivering a particular solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Certification in IAF or TOGAF is highly desirable
