B1 – Process Lead Role
Job Description :
The primary responsibility of the role will be to work as a support Campaign Operations within Global MandC Shared Services called MACS.
This role will be responsible for driving CRM and marketing automation programs for specific regions.
The role requires a high level of flexibility in terms of working hours and some travel may be required.
a. Help Marketing and Communications to define and implement campaigns related to Salesforce.com, Pardot based campaign management process.
b. Ability to have a view on strategic, tactical decisions on campaign planning, customer segmentation and revenue goals to be achieved.
c. Support in Go to Market campaigns basis Country specific plans
a. Undertake database clean-up for accounts to enrich and update their data and its integrity.
b. Develop and execute campaigns for account-based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and demand creation programs- having taken the time to understand the campaign objectives.
c. Proactively advise clients on improving their marketing processes by using lead nurturing, insights from customer buyer journey and industry best practices
d. Instrumental in working with the Design team to develop responsive design (emails + templates + websites)
Reporting and Analytics –
a. Analyze campaigns to help demonstrate success to include segmentation and targeting as scoped on a project basis
b. Work with Marketing Managers to define metrics; measure, track, analyse and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall campaign performance.
c. Define and implement new marketing automation methodologies that will maximize efficiency
Develop and maintain long-term data strategy and work in tandem with stakeholders
Maintain database integrity and synchronization of marketing systems
Assessing various risk factors and devising ways to mitigate them.
Essential Skills and Experience –
Excellent analytical skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
A self-starter who can work independently as well as a team player; high on execution
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and campaign management
An advanced level of Technical expertise in managing and reporting complex sets of CRM data is an absolute must.
Exceptionally strong communication skills
Demonstrated experience in developing marketing plan and end-to-end campaign management
Good business understanding of sector, service, solution marketing
Self-driven and proactive team member with a propensity to collaborate across functions and service lines
Can undertake end to end responsibility of CRM dashboards to demonstrate ROI
Can take the lead in furthering marketing sales alignment through activities like lead tagging, nurturing and lead scoring.
Desirable Skills and Experience –
Advanced knowledge of B2B CRM and automation tools
Advanced Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Responsive Design
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
Working knowledge of ERP
Strong in driving compliance and ensuring governance
