Job Title: C#.Net Developer (AWS)
Location: Boston, MA (Remote till the time pandemic subsides).

  • Has experience with working in an onshore offshore model to modernize .NET/C# based application to the AWS Cloud. The team member will modify desktop and web applications developed using .NET/C# based customized framework for the enterprise. The desktop based Trading application suite is used by Traders extensively and performs business critical transactions by invoking micro-services, SOAP Services and RESTful web services. The migrations are planned in Agile Sprints.
  • Asset Management and Trading application architecture knowledge is a critical skill expected.
  • The Dot Net Developer will be part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft NET development stack.
  • Strong experience with the migration, remediation Trading application. The trading platform that needs to be migration is running on Trader’s desktop developed on Envision Framework (Custom Framework developed centrally at client) – invoking Rest API and SOAP Services. These desktop applications are thick clients packaged using MS Build for distribution.
  • Strong understanding of Micro Services and distribution application development design patterns.
  • Experience with Web API security TOKEN BASED authentication attribute routing model binding content negotiation dependency injection etc. 
  • C# VB Net WCF LINQ to SQL Entity Framework Team Foundation Server Net Framework 4 x
  • Experience with Web Services WCF Net Remoting and Service Oriented Architecture a plus.
  • Unit testing and mocking MS Test and MoQ is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology using TFS JIRA as the tool.
  • Experience of working effectively as part of a team Good written and verbal communication skills and Inter personal skills.
  • A flexible approach and ability to adapt.
