Business Process/ Functional Analyst for Global Insurance Client

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a strategic initiative for client Sales channel.Be part of a strategic initiative for client Sales channel.
  • Will be the vital link between our client’s business objectives/demands and IT technologies by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of requirements gathering, design of forms and UAT.
  • Play a key Role in the below Phases of the Project
  • Analysis Phase:
    • Form creation
    • Create form requirement definition
    • Create form sample
    • Support for document/form inspection
  • Build Phase:
    • UAT verification case creation
    • Validate: UAT keystroke
    • Defect registration
    • UAT progress report
    • Defect Triage
    • Manual creation
    • Creation of user operation manual

Required skills

  • More than 6 years of experience in managing business requirements, preferably in the Life insurance domain
  • More than 6 years of experience in managing business requirements, preferably in the Life insurance domain
  • Understand Life Insurance products
  • Must be detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Must be flexible and effective at multi-tasking
  • Able to establish positive relationships with IT staff, business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Basic RDBMS knowledge would be a plus
  • Good communication skills – both written and spoken
