Job DescriptionRole Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst Designation Sr Manager D1 Duck Creek Policy Experience 5 plus Years Responsibilities Ensures Business requirement documents functional requirement documents are aligned with Client Business Needs Participates in requirements elicitation and validation of solution architecture Creates and reviews all requirement documentation Reviews test strategies and test planning ensure that RTM is maintain all the time Responsible for one or more insurance product Understands the requirements and checks on functional and technical feasibility Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies Quality processes Tracks and reports metrics for quality results and status reporting lead trend analysis and implement action plan Testing and validation of User Stories OR product along with Developer to ensure early detection of bug OR issues Ensure communication is proper with all stake holders upward and downwards Identification of all project risks and creation of Mitigation plan Manage Change control proper documentation get stake holder approvals and ensure quality of delivery Experience Strong Analytical abilities Strong Duck Creek Product skills Sound Property and Casualty Insurance domain knowledge Excellent communication skills Mentor Business Analysts and QA team Ability to work in a multiple OR diverse stakeholder environment i e People coordination Abilities to manage Requirement and RTM Secondary Skills Duck Creek Certification preferred Insurance Domain Certification preferred Working knowledge in Requirement elicitation RTM tool is preferred MS Visio DBMS SQL XML preferred JIRA TFS or any other defect monitoring tools
