Job Description: 
              Job DescriptionCustomizing core functionalities of Duck Creek Policy including New Submission Policy change Renewal and cancellation transaction wizards by conducting business analysis and requirement workshops with business SMEs Create system workflow diagrams to help Business SMEs and the technical architects to follow and validate the Business requirements 2 Analyze and capture Tasks Notifications Activities and Org Model related requirements for the Policy Admin Implementation Conduct Solution Definition and Development workshops with Organization model SMEs to analyze and capture the List of Activities creation logic ownership escalation and assignment rules which are huge and complex 3 Document system requirements user stories define scope and objectives and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation 4 User Story grooming and prioritization in consultation with Product owners and documenting using Agile tools like Jira 5 Provide functional solution to DuckCreek Product Factory consumer applications business requirements 6 Perform technical gap analysis and data mapping between various applications in scope of integration with DuckCreek system 7 Bridge gap between Product Owner and Duckcreek Sprint team to improve Quality of the deliverable Property and Casualty knowledge and algorithm understanding is key for providing this support 8 Backlog grooming with Product Owner on a frequent basis to add new priorities and change the priority of already defined items if required This exercise needs understanding of business workflow process and team capacity 9 Function as a liaison between IT and business users and have both business and technical expertise Decomposing and descoping functional capabilities to align with MVP scope by working with Business owner 10 Perform application and user acceptance testing and analyze defects Verify if the developed system functionalities have met all the requirements provided and make sure all it works fine in all scenarios per the business needs Capture any defects found during this verification analyze and document all the steps executed to get it fixed 11 Guide and mentor team members on functional scope and knowledge train new team members review documentation submitted by junior team members
