Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant (we are looking for all levels including Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager), you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:

  • Design and lead the development of new business solutions based on the Salesforce Platform for high profile clients.  
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers and client representatives to successfully implement solutions across a range of strategic projects and clients 
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with our clients to gathering requirements, develop rapid prototypes and create new ways of working that deliver for our clients.
  • Drive, in partnership with the technical team, the translation of our client needs into requirements that can be delivered. 
  • Developing business relationships to drive opportunities with our clients and across our business. 


Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

What we’re looking for in a Functional Consultant would be:

  • At least 2-5 years proven experience of working within or for the federal government
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client or business problem and the ability to develop solutions that address these.
  • Team leadership experience with small teams 
  • Excellent communications skills to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Be able to proactively work in a fast-paced environment, as a team  
  • Problem solver to help propose enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Applicants must be an Australian citizen and be able to get a security clearance
